Day 43 This was shot during a Scottish Chamber Orchestra recording sessions n in the Usher Hall. Amazing being in that building when it's empty hearing a great orchestra performing beautiful music.

Day 44

I joined the gym today. It's been way too long and way too much excess. It was a pretty painful first time back. Not excited about the morning. This was on the way home walking through George Square. City Chambers.

My 'baby' sister arrived home from a month in Australia, conveniently enough on her birthday. She doesn't like the pic as she doesn't have any make up on bit after 20 odd hours of flying I think she's holding up OK! Happy birthday Em x

I planned a nice long cycle this morning but caved when I nearly fell into a canal. It was pretty icy so I retreated and ended up just doing about 15 miles with some braw coffee on the way. Goalposts in front of the Wyndford Flats in Maryhill.

Did you know there are actually 4 people in @pridesband but this guy is just too ugly to go on stage. JK! Nick knows what ALL of those buttons do. Sound magician. Cuddle master.
